Annual Park Events

REMINDER: The Bristol Bird Club will conduct their monthly walk at Steele Creek Park on THURSDAY, MAY 8th. Recent arrivals to the Park: Both Orchard (pictured) and Baltimore orioles, Blackpoll warbler, Eastern wood-pewee, Cedar waxwing, Rose-breasted grosbeak, Northern parula, Warbling vireo, Red-eyed vireo, Yellow-throated warbler, Black-and-white warbler, Green heron, Scarlet tanager, Spotted sandpiper, Swallows, and more. Meet at the Mill Creek Trailhead on Broad Street at 9:00 am. The walk should last about 2 hours.

Join us for a “VAMPIRE HUNT” …keep your wooden stakes and garlic at home. Meet at the Nature Center to learn about some elusive but REAL vampires living in the Park. Then, we’ll go on a hunt to try to find them. WHEN: TUESDAY, May 13th at 3:30 pm.

The Bristol Bird Club will have their monthly walk at Steele Creek Park on Thursday, May 8th. Meet up at the Mill Creek Parking Lot on Broad Street at 9:00 am. The walk should last about 2 hours.
